Tonight I tried again for a 16 minute two mile, I was really close last time at 16m 9s. I beat it and I beat it good (I hope no one was looking). My new time is 15m 8s! I am almost at my next goal (15m).

I really need to spend some time making a play list, the song I started with was really good an driving and would have been highly appropriate for the end - Ozomatli, Can't Stop. Since I don't have a play list it was just going through the album and I ended with something slower instead.
