What is it that is so wonderful about the smell of nutmeg? Is it the items and times we associate with the smell or is there some chemical reaction it causes.

Either way, I do love the smell of nutmeg.

According to moodfoods.com, nutmeg can increase tactile sensations in a dream. Do you feel that ?

I looked on the website and didn't see that.

Do you have to eat the nutmeg, smell it, or shove it down your pjs?

Alas, my experience with nutmeg is not so good (traumatic experience with a stew made by my ex-spouse). It never did smell good to me even before that. I guess it's like cilantro: yummy to some, nasty to others.
