No sugar day 3

Last night: Although wasn't hungry I ate an apple and a hardboiled egg.

1 Banana
1 Egg
1 Grape - Still a little tart, but they are getting close to done.
1 Salami, Mozzarella and Basil wrap. Included lettue, and tomato, also two pickle spears. Wasn't very hungary but finished most of it. Should have saved half for later.

For Dinner: I picked some apples from the orchard, some blackberries from the path, and some walnuts from the cupboard. Peeled and sliced two apples, added the blackberries and walnuts, some cinnamon and some water. Cooked in the oven, smelled just like apple pie.
Lots of water.

Although the dinner was tasty, I wonder if it is really valid to just eat fruit for dinner, seems more like dessert.

Today I was still a little tired, but not nearly as bad as yesterday. Tomorrow I am going to California Pizza Kitchen for lunch with people from my previous group. A couple more people are defecting from there and they are celebrating. It should be interesting to see what is on the menu. I am not sure I want to do pizza because of all the sugar in the crust.

how do you compute the "natural" sugars in the fruits in the no sugar day. Or are you just avoiding refined sugars? Should I read back some?

Yeah, I am not interested in reducing natural sugars, I feel they are essential for health. This is mostly an experiment I am not sure how long it will last. It is possible that I am eating too much fruit; I guess I will see in time.

cut out sugars
cut out caffeine
drink more water
exercise more
