I went to the gym today and had a pretty good workout. Even my brain feels better now. I have had another handful of mixed nuts (with no sugar; just nuts, oil, and salt) and lots of water more.
I stopped by the cafe at the gym on the way out to see if there was anything I wanted. Nothing. It is odd, but I have no appetite right now; you would think after a workout, I would be hungry.
