Brain is better

I went to the gym today and had a pretty good workout. Even my brain feels better now. I have had another handful of mixed nuts (with no sugar; just nuts, oil, and salt) and lots of water more.

I stopped by the cafe at the gym on the way out to see if there was anything I wanted. Nothing. It is odd, but I have no appetite right now; you would think after a workout, I would be hungry.


Actually, most times after my workout, I'm less hungry than before. Exercise seems to decrease my appetite. Odd, huh?

According to the literature, exercise will actually decrease your appetite, and wake you up.

That's why it's best in the morning after breakfast :)

Go eat something anyway -- you gotta feed the machine, else you'll end up consuming those muscles you just built up.

Sugar withdrawal?


I think yesterday was my last day of sugar withdrawal. I am feeling pretty good today, even woke at a resonable hour.
