House and renter

It looks like nothing short of natural disaster or sudden job loss can stop the house sale; I have been approved for the loan. I have been holding off most of my excitement until I was approved. I had thought my credit sucked. On my last house I twice didn't pay my mortgage for 6 months (I have an excuse really - not a good one, but an excuse nonetheless). Other credit blemishes were a late payment for my sears card, I have an even better excuse for this one, and a billing issue with the 'waste management company' who sometimes picked up the garbage at my old house. Even with all that the bank told me I have better than average credit. This leads me to believe that the average person should not be allowed to manage their own money. Or there should be a licensing board where you have to take a battery of tests before you get a license to handle your own money. It is a privilege to consume, not a right!

So if anyone knows a poly-friendly and kink-friendly person who is looking to live on 10 acres in the Duvall forest please have them contact me. They should be able to deal with naked people roaming about (this is not a promise) without hiding in their room. I am only looking for someone who is willing to commit one night a week to be home to let Barney out and feed him so I can spend an evening a week in the city. This task would be considered as part (but not all) of paying the reasonable rent. Small children and cats are not welcome as they would be eaten by either Barney or Coyotes (I'd put my money on Barney). Prospective renter should have a car, unless they like walking 6 miles to downtown Duvall. Any renter willing to sign a waiver of non responsibility for lost fingers can also use the shop tools (Unisaw, Drill Press, Planer and their ilk).

  • Had a thought today

    I should copyright my DNA. Then if I were ever sued for paternity, I could counter-sue for copyright violations for the derivative work!

  • New 3 Mile Time

    Beat my old time by a few seconds, but the old time was with no incline, the new time is at 1% 3 miles @ 1% incline - 20 minutes 54 seconds.
